Happy Thursday Folks! It looks like our days of warm weather are limited, so I decided to make a drink that would be enjoyable on a warm day. This Thursday’s mix up is called the Ice Bear, its even parts Blue Curacao, Vodka and then you add sprite. So if mixin in a highball glass, shake with ice:
2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Vodka
Then top it off with sprite and you’re good to...
Tequila Matador

This weekend’s mix up is called the Tequila Matador. It’s a bit tart for my liking so probably not a drink that you could sip on all night, but a nice change up from the usual. For this drink mix:
1.5 oz Tequila
3 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
Serve on the rocks and enjoy!
